Head of Diversity & Inclusion Award

Rishi is Manchester United’s Equality and Inclusion Manager, and is responsible for managing equality, diversity and inclusion (EDI) internally and externally across the organisation; ensuring that the club continues to be a leader both on and off the pitch. Rishi is responsible for driving forward the club’s diversity and inclusion strategies across all areas of business operations and ensuring that these are embedded throughout. Rishi launched Manchester United’s employee inclusion networks to give staff across the business the platform to take responsibility and drive forward equality across seven key strands; disability, gender, mental health, parents and carers, race, religion and sexual orientation. Externally, Rishi leads on the club’s work around EDI and has been integral in delivering the club’s work within its #allredallequal campaign as Manchester United continues to be an advocate for EDI throughout football and wider society.
