What's Next

Join me, Lucian Main, for an engaging and insightful webinar titled “What Next?” where we’ll explore how companies can extend their commitment to LGBTQ+ inclusion beyond the colourful celebrations of Pride Month. As a transgender male, I bring firsthand experience and a passionate perspective on creating truly inclusive environments.

In this one-hour, open-to-all session, as a panel we will discuss practical, proactive strategies that organisations can implement to foster a supportive and inclusive culture for LGBTQ+ employees year-round. Topics will include:

  • Notable Awareness Days
  • Creating safe and inclusive spaces
  • Supporting employee resource groups
  • Ensuring representation and visibility
  • Q&A with panel

This webinar is designed for business leaders, HR professionals, and anyone committed to advancing LGBTQ+ inclusion in their workplace. By attending, you will gain actionable insights and leave with a clear vision to make a meaningful impact within your organisation. It will be an informal discussion, with lots of opportunity to ask questions.

Don’t miss this opportunity to learn and grow together. Let’s move beyond the rainbow and create lasting change. Sign up now for “What Next?” and be part of the future of inclusion.
