Lucian Main (He/Him)
Lucian Main (He/Him) is an ED&I Partnership Executive at Inclusive Companies with a passion for Employee Resource Groups (ERGs), Lucian believes in their transformative power to enhance workplace culture, drive engagement, and promote a sense of belonging. He actively participates in and supports various ERGs, recognising their crucial role in creating a more equitable and supportive workplace for everyone. Lucian like the rest of his panel understands the impact that 365 LGBTQ+ Inclusion can have.
Evie Crutchley (she/they/it)
Evie Crutchley (she/they/it) is a Data Engineer at Auto Trader and a facilitator of their LGBT+ network.
In the former role, she creates and maintains tools, models and infrastructure to ensure that customers and colleagues have accurate data on the performance of adverts and the health of the automotive market.
More relevantly, in the latter role, they work both internally and externally to raise awareness of issues facing the LGBT+ community, and run events, socials and campaigns to support and celebrate the identities of all of our colleagues.
As a transgender woman, she’s benefitted immensely from the care and community that a well-established employee network provides, and is zealously enthusiastic about making sure others get similar levels of understanding and support.
Oscar Hoyle (They/Them)
Oscar Hoyle is the Chief Executive Officer of Blossom LGBT CIC. Blossom is a non-profit organisation with the focus of empowering LGBTQIA+ young adults to succeed without the fear of discrimination, offering a number of group and one-to-one services across the UK. Oscar aims to create change through using the voices and experiences of the young adults that they and their team supports at Blossom to create tangible and evidence grounded support for businesses.
