This webinar will be facilitated by Khushboo Patel; when she was at Metro Bank, she let the organisation to be shortlisted for the Inclusive Culture Initiative at the Inclusive Awards 2023, and are passionately dedicated to fostering an inclusive environment for its workforce. These principles were brought to life through the integration of Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion practices across Metro Bank’s stores. About Khushboo
With a wealth of experience in corporate and commercial banking, after joining Metro Bank and leading the launch into Wales, Khushboo now heads up engagement and inclusion. Passionate about diversity, equity and inclusion, Khushboo is a leading voice in the area and specialises in workplace culture and wellbeing. In addition to this Khushboo champions education and employability skills amongst young people by mentoring and advocating the Cardiff 2030 initiative and the 21st Century Schools Programme, as well as being on the board of Governors at a local college. In her spare time, Khushboo enjoys all things creative, travelling and spending time with her family – including a very special German Shepherd!
