We are thrilled to invite you and your colleagues to explore this important topic.

At least 1 in 6 people globally are affected by infertility (WHO). This means that it’s highly likely you have a friend or colleague who is facing a fertility issue right now. Juggling this huge emotional and physical challenge undoubtedly has an impact at work.

Fertility Matters at Work is the leading training provider for fertility support in the workplace. They have reported that 69.5% of employees took sick leave whilst going through treatment, whilst 1 in 3 considered leaving their jobs (Peppy, FMAW, BICA, 2023) and in a more recent study, 18% actually did leave their jobs due to a lack of support (Fertility Network UK and Fertifa, 2023).

We will also be joined by Auto Trader, who have been working hard over the past 4.5 years to raise awareness and increase education internally around this topic. Sharing their experiences, this Fertility Friendly employer will open up the conversation on fertility to highlight how workplaces can do to support their people.

A powerful line up of keynote speakers will be joining us for this insightful online event. During this session we will hear from those with lived experience and employers sharing best practice. We will delve deep into this topic during our panel session, as well as explore inexpensive and simple methods that can be implemented to foster a culture of support and understanding for employees navigating this sensitive topic.
