Online Round Table: DEI Must Live

The purpose for this event is for DEI professionals to come together to further the conversation from the House of Lords event in addition to planning actionable steps to provide a supportive network where DEI thrives this will include how to create a safe space for CEOs to give their input. We plan to host a further session after this where we will implement these steps and bring along CEOs.

The session will explore but is not limited to:

• How we can all quantify the impact of DEI initiatives through a commercial lens to emphasise the benefits to business.
• How we can collaboratively involve CEOs directly in future DEI discussions and events
• Steps towards fostering supportive networks to share best practices without competition
