Anna Sirmoglou is the Europe and UK Mott Macdonald Equality, Diversity and Inclusion (EDI) lead./ She leads the development and delivery of the regional EDI strategy which includes the design and implementation of practices, initiatives and programmes that foster an environment of inclusion for the workforce./ Anna has extensive experience in the field of diversity and inclusion, supporting positive outcomes in the public, private and third sectors./ Anna has a strong transport inclusion and accessibility background./ Other key areas of focus include diversity management, strategic planning, community engagement and fostering a culture that makes change possible./ Anna holds a Master of Science in International Relations and a Doctorate in Political Science.
