Jannett is a teacher, trainer, consultant and coach specialising in Inclusive Leadership, whose mission is to help people lead in spaces that weren’t designed with them in mind. She is “one of the fifty most profound champions of inclusion, diversity professionals and D&I Leaders across the UK” included in the 2024-25 Diversity Power List. Inspired by her personal as well as professional experiences, Jannett has supported adult learners and employees with neurodevelopmental ‘hidden differences’, since 1998. During this time, she has delivered over 10,000 hours of support and consultancy to adult students, employees, managers and entrepreneurs. A specialist on the intersection of neurodiversity and race, Jannett is the author of “Young, Gifted, Dyslexic & Black: 7 Strategies for Success” and co-founder of Black Leadership & Excellence in Neurodiversity (BleND) CIC.
