Facilitated by Elham Fardad
Join us on International Migrants Day for an inspiring session with Elham Fardad, founder of Migrant Leaders, who will share her journey from migrant beginnings to a successful corporate career and the founding of Migrant Leaders in 2017. With over two decades of experience in high-profile roles at GE, News Corp, and EY, she launched Migrant Leaders to empower young 1st and 2nd generation migrants and disadvantaged youth across the UK.
Attendees will also gain insights from Migrant Leaders’ Impact Report, which highlights the successes of the program and the inspiring stories of young people who have benefitted. Additionally, this session will offer practical insights that attendees can implement in their own organisations to support migrant and underrepresented talent, foster diversity, equity, and inclusion, and harness the power of mentoring and corporate social responsibility. This event is ideal for anyone interested in DEI, social impact, and the significant contributions of migrants to society and business. We can’t wait for you to join us!
