Jess Rad is the founder of The WomenHood, a pioneering platform dedicated to addressing the unspoken challenges of womanhood and advancing gender equity. Drawing on her lived experiences with premature menopause, neurodivergence, divorce, and life as a parent carer, Jess brings authenticity and insight to impactful workshops, talks, and programmes, empowering individuals and organisations to drive meaningful change for all genders.
A former award-winning marketer for global brands like the BBC, 20th Century Fox, and Disney, Jess transitioned her expertise and passion into launching The WomenHood in 2019. Beyond her role as a changemaker, she serves as an ambassador for SEND charity Amaze and was honoured as the 2024 National Diversity Awards winner for Positive Role Model for Gender, chosen from over 90,000 nominees.
Jess’s work inspires self awareness, self advocacy and empathy making her a force in the movement for gender equity.
