Once again ranking in the top quartile the Inclusive Top 50 UK Employers List, Capgemini cemented its position of 7^th place, in recognition of the company’s continued dedication to workplace diversity and inclusion.

The company’s multifaceted approach to DEI is manifested through a series of innovative, meticulously crafted initiatives, all aimed at sculpting a workplace where every colleague feels valued, respected, and empowered.

As part of our commitment to embedding conscious inclusion into our daily work we have recently launched a new programme, giving time and space for 1000 leaders across our UK business to open bold conversations with their teams about inclusive behaviours and inclusive actions.
