Fifty firms have been recognised for starting their journey to attracting and retaining a “truly diverse workforce, achieving equality, diversity and inclusion at its purest form”.
The Inclusive Top 50 UK Employers List recognises the outstanding efforts of organisations demonstrating the promotion of all strands of diversity including age, disability, gender, LGBT, race, faith and religion.
“The most successful and prosperous employers understand the value and rewards of harnessing diverse talent,” said Founder & CEO, Paul Sesay. “Those featured on the definitive list of the UK’s most inclusive employers are leading the way in providing inclusive workplaces where everyone feels empowered to be the very best they can be”.
Nielsen is one firm which managed to make the list, coming in at 19th. Cathy Earle, Nielsen UK and Ireland’s HR Director said: “We are thrilled to once again be recognised as one of the UK’s Inclusive Top 50 Employers and incredibly proud that our work over the last year to truly embed diversity, equality and inclusion throughout our business has helped to propel us up the rankings to 19th place.
“We are committed to diversity, equality and inclusion at all levels, and our work will continue, embracing and harnessing the richness of diverse backgrounds, people, and ideas, creating an inclusive culture, and a great place for our associates to come to work every day.”
